My name is Ifeyinwa (Ify) Okafor, and I wear many hats: tech professional, coach, mentor, wife, and mother of four amazing children. But for years, I juggled them all without breathing room — excelling in my career and showing up for my family, yet often feeling like I had lost myself somewhere along the way.

As a Certified Management Consultant and IT professional with over 17 years of experience, I built systems, led teams, and managed high-impact projects. But beyond the boardrooms, I was also quietly becoming a trusted voice in parenting and personal transformation.

Parenting has always been something I’ve done with deep intentionality. As I began sharing my journey, I found that my insights resonated — with parents, professionals, educators, and everyday people trying to stay afloat in an overwhelming world.

Burnout became my turning point. A health scare, the loss of my mother, and the weight of multiple responsibilities forced me to pause and confront what it truly meant to be “whole.” That pause led me to The Wholeness School, where I began my own healing — and it changed everything

What emerged from that season was Thrive3Sixty Intl — a holistic platform that embodies everything I’ve lived, learned, and led. It’s where digital parenting meets emotional intelligence, leadership meets wholeness, and faith meets real life. Through Thrive3Sixty, I help leaders, families, and organizations navigate the intersection of technology, purpose, and well-being; empowering them to thrive, not just succeed.
